Change Email Address on an Order

If the customer has entered an incorrect email address on the order, you can update it. Follow these steps:

First, open the order that contains the incorrect email address. Then click on the contact linked to the order.

An Edit button will appear, allowing you to update all contact details.

When changing an email address, please note the following:

For all open orders, the contact information will be updated automatically.
For closed orders, the information will remain unchanged as it was at the time of completion.
